Sushi knife Deba Kai Wasabi 6715D
Like with traditional samurai swords, this knife is characterized by the blade, sharpened on one side only, with the result being incredible slicing. Advanced technologies integrated with Japanese tradition to meet every requirement in the kitchen.
A special combination of bamboo powder and polypropylene developed for the grip results in optimal hygiene, in part due to the natural antibacterial properties of the bamboo. Thickness: 4mm. Blade length 6". Never clean the knife in a dishwasher.
