Specifically tempered chromium molybdenum vanadium steel, forged at 1.200°C and hardened to 58°HRc. Combine this with a precision ground edge for perfect sharpness. This is how the X-Line knives are made in Solingen.
Long-lasting extreme sharpness, thanks to PEtec-Wusthof's Precision Edge Technology. Transparent ceramic coating on the blades; higher resistance to corrosion, less food sticking to the blade and better protection against small scratches on the surface trough regular use. Packaging: metal box.
