Kai Wasabi Chef's knife 6715C, with polished blade and black handle, gives to your kitchen the unmistakable Far Eastern flair.

Stainless steel polished blade with a hardness of 58±1 HRC. A special combination of bamboo powder and polypropylene developed for the grip results in optimal hygiene, in part due to the natural antibacterial properties of the bamboo. Never clean the knife in a dishwasher. 15cm blade length. Packaging: cardboard box.
