Conventional gouge made in Italy by Alpen. Stainless steel, re-sharpening, sterilizable WITH APPROPRIATE METHOD. All gouges are finished by hand and this explains any very slight differences in size. In the image gouges are presented in order of size: the first on the left is the measure 1 (about 1 mm), the last on the right is the measure 18 (about 18 mm). Packaging: plastic bag.
