The symmetrically ground blade, thanks to its lightness, is pleasant to use and ensures clean, precise cuts. The hammered surface is not only aesthetically pleasing but also, thanks to the small air gap created, facilitates the separation of the cut food from the blade.
The handle, thanks to its symmetrical shape, is suitable for both right- and left-handed users. The through-tang ensures stability and balance during cutting. As a special detail, the end of the handle is engraved with the bull's head, the logo of professional chef Tim Mälzer.
