B/STEAK is created from a single piece of Nitro/B stainless steel, a material enriched with nitrogen with excellent cutting qualities. The abrasive plate on the side of the box has been originated to revive the cutting edge. For a complete resharpen of the knife contact a professional sharpener.
The knives are dishwasher safe. However, to preserve the aesthetic appearance of the blade, it is recommended to handwash and dry them with a clean towel before storing in the package.
