Falorni, Six table knives, with black plexiglass handles, for Florentine beefsteak. Made by Consigli, Scarperia.
The encounter between two families of craftsmen, custodians of an expertise rooted in the past, has given rise to the “Falorni”, a table knife of exquisite workmanship conceived to valorise a meat of extraordinary flavour: the florentine beefsteak. Falorni, masters of the tuscan art of preserving pork for no less than eight generations in the enchanting hamlet of Greve in Chianti, and Consigli, masters of the production of cutting irons in Scarperia, where the knives are still made today as they have been for over 700 years. Franco Milani Design. Artless wood box.
The woodbox can have shades and natural streaks different from that reproduced on the image.
