Jesper Voxnæs reduced the classic knife format to the essentials, shortening the handle in particular. The blade made from high-quality 440C is also noticeably shorter compared to classic kitchen knives. The classic Chef's Knife was the source of inspiration for the ChefYouGo. The blade of the compact and flexible model is finely satinized, while the handle scales consist of black G10 with a red fiber layer.
