Global knives are made from the finest stainless steel material. The blades utilize CROMOVA 18 stainless steel. Ice tempered and hardened to rockwell C56°-58° which holds a razor sharp edge and resists rust, stain and corrosion. Blade length 22 cm. The serrated blade makes this knife particularly suitable for cutting and slicing also "difficult - to cut- foods" as tomatoes and peppers. Not for dishwasher.
