Consigli Scarperia MFC 24 Maremmano folding knife, cm 11, horn handle
An example, dated 1871, is kept in the State Archives of Florence, attached to the documents of a trial against a criminal. The trademark of a Scarperia manufacturer, Gustavo Biffi, is clearly visible on it. The blade has a curved back which is also maintained in the Twentieth century version ad is present in the catalogues of various Scarperia companies.
This model is made by the Consigli Family in Scarperia, Florence.
Stainless steel blade, horn handle. Total length cm 24, blade cm 11~.
