From the collaboration between Maserin and the Bergamo cutler Attilio Morotti "Atti" born the gourmet series, knives also designed to be used at the table.
The open knife measures 220 mm with a 2.8 mm thick blade 100 mm long, weighing 90 grams. The opening locking system is liner lock, equipped with a simple protective leather sheath.
