The Pattada Resolza by Maestro Dore Matteo. Classical execution of the Sardinian Resolza, better known by the name Pattada or Pattadese, ram horn scales and N690 stainless steel blade

The master of the Sardinian Knife Guild, Dore Matteo, has handcrafted this resolza, with a ram's horn handle, a N690 steel blade with a hardness of Hrc 61 and brass fittings. Knife measurements: total length open mm.270 blade mm.120 handle mm 150 Number 45 of the 2024 production.
