The functional components are made of hardened stainless steel. The handles are made of a combination of high-quality polypropylene and non-slip, soft-grip Santoprene. The specially shaped ceramic grindstone enables the blades to be resharpened according to their individual shapes. This set has been designed by Triangle® in cooperation with Angkana Neumayer, the world champion in vegetable shaping, and each one individually checked.
