Kai Seki Magoroku Shoso Nakiri knife is a premium-quality all-steel knife manufactured to meet the toughest requirements of the modern kitchen. 

Kai Corporation - Seki Mago Roku - Shoso series - Item AB-5165 Nakiri knife for vegetables.  Molybdenum vanadium stainless steel. 160mm blade length. The alveolated blade reduces friction with foods.

With their sober and elegant stainless steel look, Seki Magoroku Shoso knives are a real gem in the kitchen. Forged from stainless steel, these knives are sharpened and honed with great technical skill. The result is blades with the kind of perfect sharpness, robustness and durability that is ideal for daily use in the kitchen. 
In order to reduce resistance to the cutting edge, the blades are sharpened with a slow grinding speed and finished using the latest process technology. This gives each Shoso a special sharpness and minimises the friction between the food to be cut and the blade. The ergonomic stainless steel handle with its distinctive diamond pattern forms a seamless transition with the beautifully shaped, satin-finished stainless steel blade.
