All the knives are precisely crafted, their sizes and shapes carefully matched and the blades finely honed. The functional components are made of hardened stainless steel. The handles are made of a combination of high-quality polypropylene and non-slip, soft-grip Santoprene. The specially shaped ceramic grindstone enables the blades to be resharpened according to their individual shapes. This set has been designed by Triangleฎ in cooperation with Angkana Neumayer, the world champion in vegetable shaping, and each one individually checked. The shaping instructions included show how the knives are best used and offer several ideas for creative shaping.
