From Stratus Culinary, USA, and Yaxell, Japan, Dragon Kitchen Cutlery is a true fusion of the best that knife making has to offer from around the world. The blades of the Dragon knives are an extremely robust one-piece construction, made from 3mm thick Nitrogen-Enriched American steel (CTS-BD1N) by Carpenter Technology Corp., a worlwide leader in Specialty Alloys. The steel is hardened to 63 HRC for extreme sharpness and edge retention. The handles have a fully cast double bolster, with durable Linen micart scales. Item 36903 DRGN-PARI-0350 BLACK.
