Cheese scraper with flexible blade and upturned thread, used to scrape the crust. Made in Italy by Bharbjt Premana.

It is also used to scrape the wheels of Grana cheese to produce delicate shavings (typical method of the italian Lodi area called “Raspadura”). Stainless steel. Length: 25 cm.
