Yaxell Dragon Chef's knife 255 mm - CTS-BD-1N stainless steel.

The Blades fo the Dragon knives are an axtremely robust construction, made from 3 mm thick Nitrogen-Enriched American steel ( CTS-BD1N)by Carpenter Technology Corp., a worldwide leader in Speciality Alloys. The steel is hardened to 63HRC for extreme sharpness edge retention. The handle have a micarta scales. Total lenght mm.385 blade 255 mm with light paper box. Dragon knives are assembled and finished in Seki City Japan, by the highly skilled craftspeople at the Yaxell Corporation. Yaxell has a proud tradition of manifacturing world-class knives since 1932.
