Seki Magoroku Red Wood is a series of kitchen knives with typical Japanese features. The use of high carbon stainless steel ensures long-lasting cutting durability and excellent sharpness. The handle with its traditional chestnut form is made of high-quality Pakka wood, which represents an ideal combination of resistance and ergonomics. Handle and blade are inserted into each other and firmly connected by a shiny black plastic ferrule. The clamp encloses the base of the blade and accordingly prevents any dirt from accumulating in the join betweeen blade and handle.
