CORTELLO: damn accurate! 
THE BLADE is made of special Nitro B nitrogen steel. THE HANDLE is in solid walnut and makassar ebony, handmade by Stefano Raffa, a craftsman known for his manual skills and quality of the creations. The handle can have shades and natural streaks different from that reproduced on the image. CLEANING: it is not suitable for washing in the dishwasher; a damp cloth is enough to clean it, and it is advisable to dry it properly before putting it away.  DIMENSIONS: total length 300mm, blade length 170mm, blade width 85mm, weight +/-180gr.
N.B. "Cortello" because in Premana, where it is manufactured, the knife is called "cortel".
