The blades of the Dragon knives are an extremely robust one-piece construction, made from 3mm thick Nitrogen-Enriched American steel (CTS-BD1N) by Carpenter Technology Corp., a worlwide leader in Specialty Alloys. The steel is hardened to 63 HRC for extreme sharpness and edge retention. The handles have a fully cast double bolster, with durable Linen micart scales. This 36908 DRGN-BRED-0900 BLACK bread knife Dragon has a serrated edge for right hand use. Blade length 230 mm. Packaging: cardboard box.
