This mandoline uses the same VG-10 Super Steel cutlery as Shun Pro knives. Unique cast-aluminum pusher glides on a rail, so hand keeps safely out of blade’s path; comes with a self-adjusting spring that keeps food close to the blade as you slice. Height adjusts to the desired cut, with a slightly curved blade that’s ideal for cutting softer fruits and vegetables. Includes three sizes of julienne blades. Pakkawood detailing. Wipe clean.
